Human Hearts Society is a registered charity that walks alongside people during some of the hardest moments of their lives.
We support individuals facing trauma, depression, incarceration, and family struggles, offering care, understanding, and hope. Through counselling, skills development, and family support, we help people feel less alone and find the strength to start again. We believe in second chances and in restoring dignity, healing, and purpose to every life we touch.
What we do
We plan and support projects that help change the lives of disadvantaged children and youth whose parents are in the Yellow Ribbon programme.
